2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification in writing to our designated DMCA agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.

  2. The URL of the material that was removed.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
